Facebook Buring Your Posts Lately?

 –

Lately the recent and very drastic decline in Facebook viewership has been at the top of discussions in the social media management industry. It’s now even harder to get in front of your audience consistently.

Meta updates prioritized the content of family and friends over public posts resulting in less organic reach for business pages. As of last month, engagement rate of an organic Facebook post ranged from 2.58% down to just 1.52% (according to Hubspot) now even more difficult to reach. Users are still on the platform, META (both FB and IG) reported over 3 billion users end of 2nd quarter this year looks to quietly and abruptly instilled “pay to play” just like any other playform and nothing new, users have always been encouraged to boost posts.

You’ll likely notice an even bigger pickup in your feed posts if you dedicate some budget to run ads. Try a campaign (or a few) with a call to action that makes sense and check out your level of engagement over time.

Examples we’re trying with our clients right now: Contests on Facebook, Join our email list, Visit our website, click to order…

My preferred form of social media is and will always almost be ORGANIC. Always CONSISTENT- COMPELLING ongoing media don’t get me wrong. I like the relationship building where you get to engage and connect with your followers however there’s definitely times where a strong ad campaign is needed. By strong I mean effective, consumer focused, emotional even. If you’re waiting this may be the time to try. Don’t let this be your sad face.😮‍💨 There’s certainly no reason to pull your hair out. Test a few, the exposure alone is positive for your business!

The good news is its relatively inexpensive right now, the bad news is you gotta use dollars to do it. It’s not rocket🚀 science but it can be a total pain. If you need help with any of it, this what we do. Let’s talk!
